First, write down everything in a list. Make sure to prioritize your list too. 2. Avoid multi-tasking. Focus on one task at a time. If your mind is on everything at the same you won’t be able to focus on anything. Complete your tasks one by bone. 3. Avoid everything that might distract you. For ex: switch off your mobile. 4. Sometimes it’s easy to get distracted. When this happens remind yourself about your tasks. For ex: Write your most important tasks on a poster and put it up on the wall in front of you.
